Ideal Gas Law – RETE06-V

Ideal Gas Law - RETE06-V

The objective of this experiment is to measure
the pressure of an ideal gas with respect to its
temperature, analyze the relation between
volume and pressure of the gas, investigate
the change in volume of the gas
depending on its temperature and calculate
the universal gas constant experimentally.
By changing the volume and the temperature
of gas in a glass tube, the student can
explore:
• Gay-Lussac’s Law
• Boyle’s Law
• Charles Law can be verified
